Bar and Bat Mitzvah Training
Your child's Bar/Bat Mitzvah is an event to celebrate their commitment to the Torah, mitzvot, and Jewish faith. We are here to help you make this day one that honors them, your family, and the entire community.
For the Bar Mitzvah boys, the training includes fluency in reading the Torah and/or Haftarah independently as well as guidance in writing a speech and Dvar Torah for the momentous occasion.
For Bat Mitzvah’s this includes covering Jewish Values and traditions. A hands-on Challah course and Jewish Women's responsibilities.
Funeral and Shiva Services
We are sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one.
After a loved one passes away it is a mitzvah to arrange for their body to be laid to rest in a Jewish cemetery in accordance with age-old traditions.
Rabbi Mendel Misholovin is available to assist you with any end-of-life issues, the loss of a loved one, or the arrangements associated therewith.
